TCR Cancellation & Makeup Policy

CLASS MAKEUP POLICY

If your child is going to miss a class, please email us at Makeups@tcr-nyc.com with your upcoming date of absence. We will get back to you within 48hrs with available options for a makeup. While we do not guarantee makeups, we will do our best to ensure your child receives all of the classes they have registered for. If you do not complete all of your makeups in a semester, we will allow a number of them to be carried forward into your child’s next registration.

Your advanced notice of an absence is greatly appreciated, as it is the only way our generous makeup policy will work!

CANCELLATION POLICY

All TCR program registrations are non-cancelable unless at manager’s discretion. We are committed to providing your child with quality instruction for ALL of the agreed upon number of classes. We are flexible with accommodating your scheduling requests and applying your feedback for the instructor.

If your child’s schedule changes, we can explore alternate day and time options that meet your schedule.
If your child is unable to make a certain number of classes, we will provide makeup options in either the current session, or the next session that you register for.
If your child loses interest in the sport, or is not enjoying their class, please provide us with the feedback and we are happy to apply it! We rely on the support of parents to keep our students engaged and committed to finishing their program.
