TCR Camps US Open Field Trip Permission Slip
TCR Tennis Camp has a special field trip planned to the U.S. Open for your child on Tuesday, August 25th, and would like your permission to take your child that is age 7 and up! Our annual US Open field trip is an amazing experience for our campers to learn about and be inspired by the world of professional tennis.
Please be aware that the US Open is “cashless,” so we recommend your child bring a credit card or apple pay to purchase food or souvenirs.
Date of Trip– Tuesday, August 25th
Cost– FREE with Camp Enrollment (Credit card or apple pay suggested for food and souvenirs. Gift cards and cash are not accepted!)
Lunch- Lunch will NOT be provided, and the US Open does not allow outside food. Please send your child with an electronic payment method so that they can purchase food at the US Open.
Departure Time from TCR– 10:00 AM
Arrive back at TCR– 4:00 PM
Location of Trip– USTA National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows Queens
Method of Travel– TCR Transport Vans
