Mark - Personal Trainer at TCR

Mark is a Brookbush Certified Personal Trainer and Human Movement Specialist whose work sits at the intersection of fitness, movement quality, and tennis performance. He is also CrossFit Level 1 certified and competes regularly, finishing in the 80th percentile in the CrossFit Open and qualifying for the 2023 CrossFit Quarterfinals. As a PTR-certified tennis professional and former college tennis athlete, Mark brings a coach’s eye for detail and an athlete’s respect for intelligent progression.

Over more than a decade of coaching in private clubs, performance settings, and international schools, he has developed a clear approach: training should build strength, resilience, and confidence without sacrificing consistency. He works especially well with clients who want to gain muscle, improve mobility and balance, build endurance, and move with greater ease—whether they’re starting fresh, returning after time away, or looking to support performance on the court.
