David is a New York native from Queens, where he began playing competitive tennis at the age of 10 years old. During his academy training he achieved top 20 Eastern Conference for 12U -18U. He was a two-time singles finalist for the NYC Mayor’s Cup and doubles champion for his varsity team.

He went on to play D1 collegiate tennis at St. Johns, and later CUNY, where he remained undefeated 23-0 while also earning the Lionel Malamed Award for academic excellence.

A seasoned instructor with a keen eye for technique and strategy, David uses his motivational skills in improving many students of all ages, constructing long term relationships, and assisting those achieve their short/long term goals on the court.
